Well who would have imagined that the last wedding I would shoot for a long time due to COVID-19 would have happened on such a beautiful day.
This description from Liz best describes the week of the wedding. ‘A change of date and venue at 12 hours notice. We all had to adapt and get into the spirit of the wedding despite the circumstances which meant only 5 persons at the ceremony. The result is an amazing set of photos from a unique and very memorable day!
Thanks so much for all your help!‘
‘The whole day was magical for us, given the way it came together last minute, so unexpectedly in our local area. We loved being able to make the most of 3 completely different locations on a beautiful evening with the sun bathing our wedding. So we wanted to ensure the the shots captured a bit of all 3 locations: the jetty, the street art and the park.‘

I wrote a blog about the experience of shooting this wedding in the height of the pandemic.
See link here for link to Keren Reynolds who did a great job as the celebrant on the day
I like to make the experience a fun one and very much view the day as a collaboration between us so that the images we create will form part of each family’s collective memory, passed down to generations and may be used in the future to form a slideshow more..
